Panel Cutting
Chigwell Building & Joinery Ltd in the past was a building company only, and we had to find other companies to cut our pieces for the jobs.
Most of the time we hade to re-cut pieces on the job because the cuts were not accurate or out of square and we know that if that happens it is additional cost which should not arise after you paid. In our workshop we have acquired a state of the art panel saw which accuracy is up to 0.1mm.
Our panel saw operator is calibrating the machine every morning to make sure cuts are spot on. Before handing out, cut pieces are being checked by our workshop manager to make sure there are no mistakes. Only then it is ready to be delivered or picked up.
Whether you are Trade or just a DIY enthusiast let us know what your project is and we will calculate the most efficient way of cutting sheets. We stock most of the standard MDF sizes in our workshop, Veneers and melamine boards takes one day to acquire if ordered before 15.00pm.
Do not be restricted to just the standard lengths and widths as we can supply sheets up 1500mm x 3400mm in any board.
We have an edge banding facility which is available to you, and will save you time and money. If you apply edging using iron, we know that this is a waste of valuable time.
Spray finishes go side by side, if required we can apply a primer only which will save time on painting pieces on site.
